Perched above the crowds with a direct line of sight to the finish gantry of the 120m track, you’ll take in all of the on-track action while enjoying the fantastic food and beverages on offer in the Powercor Stawell Gift VIP Viewing Area

The VIP Viewing Area is open to the general public on Saturday April 8 and Sunday April 9, 2023, with a maximum of 80 tickets available each day.  The ticket price includes exclusive access to the viewing area along with:

  • Lion Beer and Ciders – Furphy, Furphy Crisp Lager, XXXX Gold, James Squire Ginger Beer, White Claw Seltzer
  • Wines – A selection of white, red and sparkling wines.
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages – Tea, Coffee, Water, Soft Drinks
  • Buffet Lunch – pork sliders, mini burgers, assorted seafood platters, quiches, sausage rolls, single serve caesar salad, dumplings, vol au vents, fruit platters and grazing boxes.

The VIP Viewing Area opens at the opening of gates each day and is open to ticket holders for the entire day’s racing on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday. Ticket holders can exit and re-enter the VIP Viewing Area throughout the day.

2 Single Day –  Sunday April 9, 2023 $120
3 Two Day – Saturday April 8 & Sunday April 9, 2023 $220

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • VIP Viewing Area tickets will be checked at entry to the VIP Viewing Area on the respective ticketed day. Only ticket holders will have access to the VIP Viewing Area.
  • Upon arrival VIP Viewing Area guests will be provided with a wristband to allow exit and repeated entry into the venue throughout the ticketed day(s).
  • VIP Viewing Area tickets include alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, cider), non-alcoholic beverages (tea, coffee, water, soft drinks) and buffet lunch service including pork sliders, mini burgers, assorted seafood platters, quiches, sausage rolls, single serve caesar salad, dumplings, vol au vents, fruit platters and grazing boxes.
  • Any minors (under 18 years) must have an individual VIP Viewing Area ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the VIP Viewing Area.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol rules will apply and staff will reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to patrons, if required.
  • VIP Viewing Area Operating Hours are:
    • Saturday April 8, 2023: 9am – 4.30pm (or finish of last race if later)
    • Sunday April 9, 2023: 9am – 4.30pm (or finish of last race if later)

 

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

 

  • VIP Viewing Area Tickets do not include General Admission tickets for the Powercor Stawell Gift. 
  • A General Admission pass must be purchased in addition to the VIP Viewing Area ticket on the same day in order to access Central Park.
