Located in Halls Gap, is the an exciting Grampians-based independent microbrewery, Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co which offers seasonal street food inspired fusion menu designed to be matched perfectly with local beers and wine. 

 

Dunkeld Old Bakery 

The Dunkeld Old Bakery is picturesque café and gallery specialises in handcrafted sourdough bread, gourmet pies, pastries and cakes freshly baked daily can be enjoyed alongside speciality teas and locally roasted Rox coffee. Why not say in the old baker’s residence. 

 

Grampians Olive Co

One of Australia’s oldest olive groves, established in 1943, Grampians Olive Co is family owned and operated amongst the Mediterranean growing climate and enjoy the Toscana olives and distinctive range of infusions, table olives, artisan vinegars, lunch or enjoy a coffee.

 

Brambuk’s Bushfoods Café 

Brambuk’s Bushfood Café is part of the Brambuk the national park and cultural centre, provides visitors to taste the flavours of Jardwadjali and Djab Wurrung and aboriginal communities of south-western Victoria like kangaroo, birds, eggs, tortoises, fish, yam daisies, and wattle seeds, with a contemporary twist at Brambuk’s Bushfoods Cafe.

Grampians Estate 

A James Halliday Five Red Star winery, Grampians Estate has collected some 53 trophies for its wine. The cellar door offers wine tastings, cheese and espresso coffee sets the scene for some of Victoria’s oldest shiraz and Riesling vines located at Garden Gully Vineyard at Great Western and Mafeking vineyard to the south of Moyston.

 

Montara Wines 

Enjoy the captivating panorama views of Montara Wines, established in the 1970s and owned by the Stapleton family their wines reflect the elegant, intense fruit characteristics reflective of the cool climate of Grampians.  

 

Pomonal Estate & Mt Cassel 

New to region Pomonal Estate & Mt Cassel is a winery, microbrewery, cider house and villa, offers scenic views regional wines and handcrafted ciders. 

 

Best’s Wines Great Western 

Located in Great Western, Best’s Wine Great Western is known to have some of the oldest vines producing outstanding Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, savoury Dolcetto and fresh Pinot Meunier, Riesling and Chardonnay.
